WASHINGTON, D.C. – October 3, 2016: Caplin & Drysdale announced today that New York tax lawyer Zhanna A. Ziering has been named a Member of the Firm effective October 1, 2016.  “The Firm’s leadership is pleased to welcome Zhanna as a new Member,” said Firm President Beth Shapiro Kaufman.  “Zhanna adds to our deep bench in the tax controversy area, bringing her experience and talent to serve both individual and corporate clients.”

Ms. Ziering, who joined the Firm as an Associate in 2011, is an integral part of Caplin’s New York Tax Controversies, Tax Litigation, and Tax Crimes practice groups.  “I am honored to be a Member of Caplin & Drysdale,” said Ms. Ziering.  “Working side by side with such brilliant legal minds has been a remarkable experience and I am grateful for the continued opportunity to practice tax law at a firm that is fully committed to legal excellence and integrity.”
