Dustin Barzell advises individuals and a diverse range of domestic, foreign, and multinational businesses on matters of taxation, including:
- tax and accompanying business issues arising in the context of domestic, foreign and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and restructurings;
- a range of sophisticated capital markets, leveraged finance, derivatives and structured finance transactions for large financial institutions and a wide variety of issuers;
- tax matters associated with the formation and ongoing operation of private equity funds for international private equity fund sponsors and investors; and
- tax advice and planning for U.S. inbound and outbound investments.
In 2012, Mr. Barzell was recognized by The Legal Aid Society for his outstanding pro bono service.
