Description: This panel, offered in conjunction with the new Task Force on Lobbying Regulation, builds on the previous panel discussion on the many changes in lobbying regulation over the last several years. This session will review proposals for additional regulation of lobbying activity and lobbyists and further disclosure, and discuss whether those further good government and how they comport with the Constitutional guarantee of a right to petition the government.
