Christopher Rizek Examines Ethics for Young Tax Lawyers at Young Tax Lawyers Symposium

Young attorneys may face a variety of ethical issues, some of which are not apparent on their face. It is important that they recognize and properly address these issues when they arise. This panel will focus in particular on conflicts of interest, responsibilities of supervisory lawyers and subordinate lawyers, candor toward the tribunal, and special rules for former and current government officers and employees.
