Christopher S. Rizek to Speak at 37th Annual Insurance Tax Conference

The Insurance Tax Conference (ITC) was founded in 1972 by Edward M. Burgh as a group that would meet periodically to allow insurance tax professionals to exchange information and ideas and to establish professional relationships with other individuals in the insurance tax industry.
The 37th Annual Insurance Tax Conference will be held at the Intercontinental O'Hare Hotel in Chicago, Illinois, on December 6-7, 2012.
Caplin & Drysdale's Christopher S. Rizek will be a panelist for "Professional Responsibility Developments For Tax Professionals." This panel will review current ethical and Circular 230 developments applicable to both in-house tax staff and outside advisors. Particular attention will be paid to developments regarding the IRS's Office of Professional Responsibility, including the scope of its jurisdiction and its activities.
The session is scheduled to be held at the Cassatt Ballroom on Friday, December 7, from 11:30-12:30 pm.
