Eleanor VanderMeulen Moderates Panel on Ethical Issues at ABA Fall Virtual Tax Meeting

Many of the changes to the tax code in the 2017 Tax Cuts & Jobs Act (TCJA) are scheduled to sunset in 2025. In addition, tax changes are always a topic of discussion during an election season. This panel will address ethical consideration when advising taxpayer clients with respect to looming tax changes, including with respect to estate planning, business structures, international tax, tax controversy, and nonprofits.
