Elizabeth Stevens Discusses Centralized Partnership Audit Regime at D.C. Bar

The expert panel will discuss certain aspects of the regulations released since December under the centralized partnership audit regime that were not covered in part 1 of our series: the election out, assessment and collection, penalties and interest, periods of limitations, and judicial review. The program will be useful both to practitioners amending partnership agreements, and controversy practitioners who need to know the procedures for future disputes.
