H. David Rosenbloom to Speak at NYU-ACTL US International Taxation Conference: Issues For The Years Ahead

The 2012 US International Taxation Conference is part of a co-operation between the International Tax Program of the New York University School of Law and the Amsterdam Centre for Tax Law (ACTL) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Amsterdam.
The conference, entitled "US International Taxation-Issues For The Years Ahead," will include an update on FATCA, non-discrimination under tax treaties, international tax policy and tax arbitrage. It will take place at the Greenberg Lounge in the Vanderbilt Hall of New York University's campus on October 23, 2012.
Caplin & Drysdale's H. David Rosenbloom will chair the conference with the ACTL's Dennis Weber.
Mr. Rosenbloom will also moderate the panel "Tax Policy and Tax Arbitrage," which will begin at 4:30 pm.
