Mark Allison to Speak on Court Procedure and Practice Panel

This roundtable discussion will focus on the factors that are considered when preparing to submit a case for litigation including forum selection, the impact of the Golsen Rule on Tax Court's decision-making process, and the Tax Court's decision to issue an order, a memorandum opinion or a Tax Court opinion. This panel will also discuss the process of submitting a decision for review by the United States Court of Appeals.
