Mark Matthews to Speak at OffshoreAlert Conference on FATCA

Mark E. Matthews will be a co-presenter at the 2012 OffshoreAlert Conference being held in London from November 26-27, 2012.  Mark's program "FATCA: Different Responses & Options For Offshore Entities," will take place at The May Fair Hotel on November 26 from 4:00 PM to 4:45 PM and will cover:

-The effect of FATCA on offshore funds, banks and trusts;
-The consequences of non-participation;
-The impact of Inter-governmental Agreements; and
-The different reactions of offshore jurisdictions.
