Mark Matthews to Speak at ABA Seminar

 The panel will discuss matters relating to opting out of the IRS Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Initiative, including "opt-out" mechanics and procedures, and issues relating to examination, negotiation and settlement expectations arising in various "opt-out" scenarios. The panel will also emphasize procedural and substantive issues that are emerging in FBAR assessments and litigation. Mark Matthews will be one of the presenters in the panel which will be moderated by Zhanna Ziering.

The panel will be held from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM on Wednesday, January 16, 2013. Individuals are also welcome to participate via teleconference and live audio webcast.
