Peter Barnes to Discuss Transfer Pricing Documentation at ABA May Meeting

The OECD released a discussion draft on transfer pricing documentation on January 30, 2014, including a proposed country-by-country reporting template. Comments were requested by February 23, and a final document is expected to be completed this summer. This panel will discuss the key features of the discussion draft, public reaction to it, and the future of transfer pricing documentation in the US and globally.
