Bloomberg BNA Quotes David Rosenbloom on Luxembourg and U.S. Working on Treaty Language

Bloomberg BNA spoke with H. David Rosenbloom concerning the U.S. Treasury's announcement on June 22 that good efforts are being made to amend the language in the Luxembourg-U.S. tax treaty which would block companies from evading taxes in both counties.
