"Caplin Cares" Supports Feeding America

“Caplin Cares for a Cause” raised approximately $1,000 for Feeding America during Caplin & Drysdale's second quarter fundraiser. Feeding America and their network of 200 food banks, helps to meet the needs of millions of Americans who face hunger every day, including millions of children and seniors. In 1979, a retired Arizona businessman created what is now known as Feeding America after developing the concept of food banks ten years earlier in Phoenix, AZ. Today, Feeding America is the nation’s largest domestic hunger-relief organization. The food banks that are part of Feeding America’s network receive the majority of their food donations from farmers, manufactures, distributors, food service companies, and retailers.  For more information on Feeding America, please visit their website.
