"Caplin Cares" Supports the American Red Cross and Hurricane Harvey Relief
“Caplin Cares for a Cause” closed out the summer by raising over $1,900 for the American Red Cross “Hurricane Harvey” relief fund. This is the largest amount ever raised for a charity in Caplin Cares' history.
With the help of Caplin & Drysdale’s donation, the American Red Cross and its network of 23,000 employees and 330,000 volunteers can provide shelter, food, comfort and emergency support for individuals and families affected by the wrath of Hurricane Harvey.
As of September 3, 2017, these are the kinds of relief the American Red Cross has provided to victims of Hurricane Harvey:

Served over 315,000 meals and snacks

Distributed more than 27,000 relief items

Delivered cleaning relief supplies to support more than 15,000 homes

Provided some 15,000 health and mental health contacts for evacuee
