Caplin & Drysdale Attorneys Receive Award for Amazon.com v. Commissioner

During a virtual ceremony on September 22rd the International Tax Review (ITR) honored the winners of the Americas Tax Awards for their remarkable contributions in the international tax community. ITR recognized the Caplin & Drysdale attorneys for their involvement in one of the Impact Cases of the year, Amazon.com v. Commissioner. David Rosenbloom and Elizabeth Stevens submitted an amicus brief on July 2, 2018 urging the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals to uphold a U.S. Tax Court decision in favor of Amazon.com Inc. in a transfer pricing dispute with the Internal Revenue Service.
