Caplin & Drysdale Celebrates Black History Month with Art Exhibit

During the month of February, Caplin & Drysdale hosted a month-long exhibit by local Black artists titled, Uplift: A Black History Month Art Exhibition in our Washington, D.C. office. Beth Ferraro, Creative Director and Curator at The Art Island assisted the firm in creating the exhibit.

The themes in this exhibit range from the spirit and beauty of Black women, inspiration from African American quilts and hair braiding, the healing practice of crystals and masks, and the paths we choose as allies and as advocates in the movements that impact us all.

On Tuesday, February 25 the firm welcomed the artists in for a short talk and happy hour.
