Caplin & Drysdale Elects Two New Members
Caplin & Drysdale is pleased to announce that Meghan R. Biss and Benjamin Z. Eisenstat have been elected Members of the Firm. Congratulations Meghan Biss and Benjamin Eisenstat!
Meghan Biss joined Caplin & Drysdale's Exempt Organizations practice group in January 2018 after more than a decade with the Internal Revenue Service. She draws on that experience to help charities, other tax-exempt organizations, and donors navigate IRS processes and achieve their programmatic and philanthropic goals.
Benjamin Z. Eisenstat is a Member in Caplin & Drysdale’s Washington, D.C. office, where he assists individuals and corporations in all manner of civil and criminal tax controversies. Over the past decade, Mr. Eisenstat has helped clients effectively return to tax compliance and move forward with their lives, whether that involves correcting tax issues prior to contact from the government, navigating IRS audits, or defending against criminal investigations.
