Caplin & Drysdale Welcomes New Associate Arjun Ghosh
Caplin & Drysdale is excited to announce that Arjun Ghosh has joined the firm as an Associate in the International Tax practice group.
Mr. Ghosh works in the International Tax group advising individuals and multinational corporations on a broad range of tax issues with a particular focus on international tax and transfer pricing planning and advocacy for corporate clients. Prior to joining Caplin & Drysdale, Mr. Ghosh earned an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law where he was the M. Carr Ferguson Scholar. He also worked on Capitol Hill, most recently as Counsel for Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, for whom he led the development of the first comprehensive regulatory framework for digital assets, and before that in the U.S. House of Representatives for the Committee on Ways & Means where he worked primarily on federal tax incentives for renewable energy projects.
Mr. Ghosh is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law and during law school he worked at the Policy Advocacy Clinic and was a member of the Berkeley Business Law Journal.
