Caplin & Drysdale is excited to welcome new Of Counsel Skye Amundsen to the firm's Corporate Law practice group. 

Ms. Amundsen is a seasoned corporate lawyer with expertise in a wide range of corporate matters. She is passionate about helping both for-profit and nonprofit entities navigate complex legal challenges and achieve their business objectives. In addition to transactional work, Ms. Amundsen also advises corporations on a variety of formation, operational, and governance issues. She understands the importance of building a strong foundation for any business and works closely with founders and their teams to ensure their companies are structured for success. 

With extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and investment matters, Ms. Amundsen brings a strategic perspective to every transaction. Her ability to identify key issues and negotiate favorable terms for clients has consistently earned her their trust as a thoughtful and skilled advisor.
