David Rosenbloom Offers Analysis of Republican Party's Tax Reform Proposal

The May 31, 2017 issue of FiscoOggi features an article that discusses a presentation conducted by H. David Rosenbloom at the University of Bari in Italy. Mr. Rosenbloom’s presentation offered participants the opportunity to have a broad reflection on U.S. fiscal policy programs with an analysis of the Republican Party's tax reform proposal and, in particular, the Destination-Based Cash-Flow Tax (DBCFT). Mr. Rosenbloom is Director of the International Tax Program at New York University School of Law.
