A Colombian-American businesswoman and former Credit Suisse client pled guilty Monday in Florida federal court to conspiring with family members to hide more than $90 million in assets from the IRS through a series of foreign bank accounts.

In a hearing in Miami, Gilda Beth Rosenberg pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to defraud the United States for evading paying tax on $5.5 million in income from undeclared accounts held by family members in Andorra, Israel, Panama and Switzerland.
