Matthew Sanderson Publishes Report on FARA Issues as Co-Chair of FARA Task Force

Matthew Sanderson, co-leader of the Political Law Group, co-chairs the ABA International Law Section's task force on the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). Yesterday, the task force released a report "FARA: Issues and Recommendations for Reform" which outlines the reforms they say are needed to fix the law. With the Justice Department is ramping up their enforcement of FARA the task force believes these changes are necessary now more than ever before.
