Ms. Lewis is a partner in the firm's International Tax, Corporate, Business & Transactional Tax, and Tax Controversies practice groups. She represents businesses in a variety of industries, and works with major U.S.-based multinational corporations and U.S. affiliates of foreign corporations.  The focus of her practice is cross-border transfer pricing matters in all controversy-related contexts, including IRS audit and appeals, competent authority negotiations, and governmental advance pricing agreements.  Her recent projects cover transactions between the United States and Japan, the United Kingdom, France, India, Canada, Brazil, Australia, Sweden and Germany, among others.
