White House Backs Caplin & Drysdale Lawyer For DOJ Tax Post

The Legal Times reported on President Obama's intent to nominate Cono R. Namorato as the next Assistant Attorney General in charge of the Department of Justice Tax Division.  "Cono is so extraordinarily qualified.
