The 2013 Guide to the World's Leading Transfer Pricing Advisers lists Patricia Gimbel Lewis and H. David Rosenbloom among the top lawyers advising multinational corporations on matters relating to transfer pricing.  The Guide focuses on individuals considered by clients and peers to be the best in their field. 
 
Ms. Lewis represents major U.S.-based multinationals and U.S. affiliates of foreign corporations with respect to resolving cross-border transactions, including international transfer pricing issues, competent authority matters, and other aspects of international taxation.  Her significant experience involves helping clients remain in compliance with U.S. and foreign transfer pricing rules, as well as assisting in the event of tax audits and other administrative controversies. A particular emphasis of Ms. Lewis' practice is the negotiation of advance pricing agreements between taxpayers, the IRS, and foreign tax authorities.
 
Mr. Rosenbloom has served as a Tax Policy Advisor for the US Treasury, the OECD, US AID, the International Monetary Fund, and the World Bank in Eastern Europe and the Baltic countries, the former Soviet Union, Senegal, Malawi, and South Africa. He has consulted with and advised foreign governments and international organizations on international tax matters, and served as an expert witness in international tax disputes in the United States, Canada, and New Zealand.
