Ms. Amani advises individuals and corporations in all types of tax controversies and litigation with the Internal Revenue Service and other tax authorities.
Highlights
Prior to joining Caplin & Drysdale, Ms. Amani served as a tax attorney for an American multinational oil and gas corporation. During her time in-house, she worked on a diverse array of tax matters related to international and corporate taxation.
Ms. Amani attended Howard University School of Law for law school, and during her tenure there, she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Corporate Income Tax, International Economic Law, and Sales. She was also the Community Outreach Chair of Howard University Business Law Society.
