Ariel Hayes joined Caplin & Drysdale’s Washington, D.C. office as an Associate in the firm’s Complex Litigation and Bankruptcy practice groups in 2023.

Ms. Hayes advises individuals, corporations, and nonprofits on an array of intricate litigation and bankruptcy matters.

Highlights

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hayes practiced litigation at an international law firm in New York. While at the University of Virginia School of Law, she served on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Law Review and served as a student attorney for the First Amendment Clinic.
