At Caplin & Drysdale, Mr. Beckerman advises individuals and corporations on all aspects of litigation at both the state and federal level. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on bankruptcy litigation.
Highlights
Prior to joining Caplin & Drysdale, Mr. Beckerman clerked at the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. He also worked as a litigator for a prominent D.C. nonprofit. While at Georgetown University Law Center, Mr. Beckerman served as an editor on the Georgetown Journal of International Law and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
