Nathaniel Brose joined Caplin & Drysdale as an Associate in the firm’s Complex Litigation and Bankruptcy practice groups in 2022.
Services
Mr. Brose works on a range of complex business, financial, and tort litigation issues for clients in courts across the country. In addition, he works to protect the rights and interests of creditors, tort claimants, and official creditors’ committees in mass tort bankruptcies and other bankruptcy cases involving substantial liabilities.
Highlights
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Brose practiced white collar litigation and investigations at an international law firm in Washington, D.C. During law school, he served as the Executive Editor of Michigan Journal of Law Reform and was a member of the Civil-Criminal Litigation Clinic.
