2013 Federal Tax Benefits for Hiring Qualified Veterans, National Guard Members and Reservists

In association with Center for America, attorneys at Caplin & Drysdale have created a step-by-step guide (updated March 2016) to help employers take advantage of tax credits when hiring veterans.  Clint Wallace, an Associate in the firm's New York office, spearheaded the research and drafting with guidance from Members Beth Shapiro Kaufman and James E. Salles.  With unemployment among veterans, National Guard, and Reservists higher than the overall national average, the guide will make applying for tax credits easier for employers and therefore provide additional incentives for employers to hire our veterans.
