David Rosenbloom Comments on Tax Bills' Impact on Earnings of U.S.-Owned Foreign Corporations

H. David Rosenbloom had the following opinion piece posted to the Sunday edition of The Washington Post: "The tax bills are obviously complicated and opaque. One nugget in the Senate bill would allow repatriation of the pre-1987 earnings of U.S.-owned foreign corporations to the United States with no U.S. tax. What conceivable rationale would justify that?"
