Growing List of States and Localities Extend Lobbying Filing Deadlines in Response to COVID-19 Pandemic
In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, several states and localities are providing filers additional flexibility to submit lobbying disclosures by extending filing deadlines or waiving late filing penalties. The vast majority of jurisdictions have not yet granted filing deadline extensions or waivers, although we expect the list to grow in the coming days.
The following is a list of jurisdictions that have granted filing deadline extensions or late filing waivers as of April 16, 2020:
