Caplin & Drysdale Welcomes Nathaniel Miller

Caplin & Drysdale is pleased to announce that Nathaniel R. Miller has joined the firm as an Associate in the Complex Litigation and Bankruptcy practice groups.

Mr. Miller’s practice focuses on representing an array of clients, including individuals, corporations, and nonprofits, in all aspects of litigation at both the state and federal levels. In addition, he works to protect the rights and interests of creditors, tort claimants, and official creditors’ committees in mass tort bankruptcies.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Miller practiced commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense at an international law firm in Washington, D.C. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. During law school, Mr. Miller interned for the Office of the White House Counsel, assisting on a variety of administrative, constitutional, and ethical issues. He also served as the Executive Editor of the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law and directed the Berkeley Law Workers’ Rights Clinic.
