Ann C. McMillan is a Member in Caplin & Drysdale's Washington, D.C., office. Ms. McMillan joined the firm in 1991 after serving as Corporate Counsel for a California corporation.
In private practice for more than three decades, Ms. McMillan works with Caplin & Drysdale's Bankruptcy Group representing asbestos claimants' committees in mass tort bankruptcies. She also advises approximately 30 trust advisory committees for the trusts that are formed at the conclusion of the bankruptcies. Additionally, Ms. McMillan counsels both for-profit and nonprofit entities on corporate governance issues and contractual matters.
